Jerome Brown
Jerome Brown served 11 years in federal prison for bank robbery. During that time, he completely changed his life and way of thinking.
Jerome became involved in education and eventually began teaching other students after completing courses such as drug and alcohol counseling, HIV/AIDS counseling, and suicide prevention. He also developed his own curriculums on criminal and addictive thinking as well as barbering. Jerome has been a New York State Licensed Master Barber for over 25 years with over 500 steady clients.
A self-taught ‘jailhouse lawyer’, Jerome won immediate release for numerous men and a host of sentence reductions. To this day he still helps people get off supervised release early through motions to the courts. Jerome recently spoke on prison reform at Benedict college after being invited by the White House.
