Mimi Pascual

Mimi Pascual is an aspiring actress, creative writer, licensed cosmetologist, and criminal justice activist. She is also the founder of La-Madrina Entertainment; a company that embraces her heritage and honors her Latino roots. La-Madrina is dedicated to bringing the world stories that represent the diverse experiences of Latinos.

Mimi is also very involved in her quest to assist the children of incarcerated parents. When she was convicted to a ten-year mandatory minimum sentence, she was forcibly removed from her son Darien’s life while he was young. Mimi and Darien are now committed to assisting and mentoring children who have been forgotten by the system. They are dedicated to ‘breaking the chains’ so that other children of those who are incarcerated do not have to follow in their parent’s footsteps.
